Protection of our customers’ products from the potential damage during distribution and storage is one of our most important design requirements. The use of foam cushioning whether it be normal, anti-static, flame retardant or chemical resistant all being and used as an energy absorbing material is the preferred option for protecting fragile and valuable products.

Depending on the cushioning foam type; non cross linked polyethylene (EG. Stratocell), closed cell cross linked ethylene copolymer (EG. Evazote) & polyethylene (EG. Plastozote) and chip foam, we are able to adopt a variety of methods for conversion, heat bonding, gluing, routing and die cutting, band sawing. We don’t just limit ourselves in designing solutions with just one type of foam cushioning, when required we will utilize the full range available to there best application.
