Flexo printing –, the process uses a flexible printing plate on a roller press, PSP are able to print up to 2 solid colours (Pantone) in one pass.

Printing can be used not just for company logos and names, it can be for instructions of use, how to pack or unpack the item,  location markers for labels, standard shipping symbols, and identification that it is recyclable. More and more are clients are using print to relay messages to the end user on the outer shipping carton / transit pack. Into days market place the transit pack is much more than a transit pack it is a combination of solutions.

We are also able to stencil, particularly useful when runs are too cost prohibitive to use Flexo printing, the same information can be applied and usually one colour is used. This is limited when the cartons become smaller in size.

Marking by pin prick, generally used for carton/ part number or identification, an inside face of the carton / pack can be embossed with a series of pin prick holes creating a design, number or name or a blend of these.
