Assembly
Depending on how you want to receive your packaging we can incorporate within our solution supply being ready assembled.
Supplying packaging solutions to our customers saves them time and money by eliminating the need to stock control large numbers of component parts and assemble at point of use, storage costs, labour costs and minimises damage occurrence. We offer the facility where we assemble the packaging and deliver to line side ready for use, to your agreed specifications.
Instead of supplying compents to creat a pack, the pack is assembled with the correct components and in place ready to be packed with the product. Eliminating storage of kit packs, an assembly area, knowing which part of the kit goes where. Your operatives just unpack the kit and place the product in it and its ready for shipment. Having transit packaging delivered to line side this way does inprove savings of costs, although not directly on the transit kit but on time saved assembling, ordering components, stock checking, these are gunuine costs forgotten about when looking at transit packaging solutions.
